Fatigue makes you reach for the wrong tool. It makes simple tasks harder. It makes you force things that shouldn't be forced.
Your body tells you when you're running on empty. Slower reactions. Trouble focusing. Reading the same gauge twice. Forgetting steps you know cold. Irritability. Clumsiness. These aren't bad days. They're warnings.
Today's focus: Know the signals. Fatigue changes how you move, think, and react whether you admit it or not.
The job stays dangerous when you're tired. Equipment doesn't care. Voltage doesn't care. Gravity doesn't care. If you're not sharp, you're exposed.
One thing to do: Check yourself mid-shift. If you're making simple mistakes or zoning out, stop. Hydrate. Reset. Or speak up and step back.
The job will wait. Your safety won't.
Use this before your first task.
